This larger version of the 2468 box features a window sheet-covered punch out that reveals the treat inside.
This was my favorite project of Summer STAMPede. Got the idea from Jen Stevenson through a shop done at Leadership. As you can see from the next picture, it holds a movie rental or movie theater gift card. What a great party favor for older kids. Actually, probably anyone would like a gift like that...even teachers, mailmen, ...
I didn't have a movie gift card, so I had to use the Visa card I earned through Great Rewards (an incentive program for demonstrators). Since this is published for all to see, I had to cross off the numbers...no way I'm taking a chance on not having that money to spend come July 1st!
This card makes me want to go to the circus. But I wouldn't be sharing my peanuts with the elephants.
I just masked the cupcake top and stamped a portion of the "treat bag". Voila...a perfect little cupcake.
Wouldn't you like to send this to a friend...perhaps inviting her over for coffee. Love this color combo.
This would make a GREAT birthday invitation if you were throwing the party at a movie theater. The top popcorn pulls out with the invite info.
Oh, and you could give theater gift cards as favors (see STAMPede project).
I was thinking of different ways to use the "treat bag", so I made it into a shopping bag. The saying is computer-generated.
Another use for that treat bag...a lampshade! The base of the lamp was made with the small oval punch and I freehand-cut the rest.
Okay, now I don't drink, so I am certainly not promoting that sort of activity, but I just thought that with this set, a little Liquid Applique and the greeting that I don't think I've ever used from Snowflake Spot would make for an interesting card.
Every time I see a goldfish I think of the one my younger son loved a little too much (they don't like big hugs). Just another use for the gumball machine. Got the idea from SCS.
Another movie-themed card. I love the spiral punch...doesn't it make great film? I wonder how long it will be before people won't even know what film is!
